Life Skills Center of Lake Erie's book club will meet Friday, Feb. 1 during session 1 (9-10 a.m.) and session 2 (11 a.m.-noon),
Club members are reading "A Child Called It" by David Pelzer.
"The students suggested the book and if they read three more books off the list and complete a test and report they will be eligible for 1/2 of credit," said teacher Chandra Colton. "So we are working closely with the master teachers to make sure we are in compliance with helping the students reach their goal. We are hoping to be able to pass out the sequel at that time for the next meeting if everything goes accordingly."
